Salesforce is one of my most favorite software companies in the world. One of the reasons why I love them is because of the state-of-the-art Enterprise software suite that they have created over the past couple of decades for businesses around the world.

Their products are extremely well built to both empower and fulfill almost any kind of business needs on almost any scale. They are indeed the world’s number one CRM for this very reason alone. And, they have been doing this amazing work on a continuously growing graph style forever now.

It’s not easy to do a job this great, in this consistency, for this long period of time. Especially when there is always this growing Enterprise software competition from so many big-time software leaders both in and outside the Silicon Valley.

Wikipedia snippet about Salesforce: Salesforce is an American cloud-based software company headquartered in San Francisco, California. It provides customer relationship management (CRM) service and also provides a complementary suite of enterprise applications focused on customer service, marketing automation, analytics, and application development.

The company was founded on February 3, 1999, by former Oracle executive Marc Benioff, together with Parker Harris, Dave Moellenhoff, and Frank Dominguez as a software as a service (SaaS) company, and was launched publicly between September and November 1999. End of the snippet.

Now, down below is the graph image that details information about Salesforce’s annual revenue numbers from the year 2010 to up until this year 2021.

Salesforce revenue report from 2010 to 2021

The numbers are staggering. They are nothing less than amazing. All because of one reason, that, Salesforce builds the best and second to none Enterprise level CRM suite that is solely focused on solving the problems a Business may end up facing as a roadblock in their growth cycle.

The annual revenue of Salesforce has grown from 1.31 billion back in the year 2010 to a whopping 21.25 billion U.S. dollars in 2021. The numbers have gone crazy especially after the year 2018, which is kind of mind-blowing.

Salesforce like Amazon is truly the definition of being obsessed with your potential customer's problems and then coming up with sensible solutions for them. And, when you keep doing that every single day for decades in a row, this is the kind of Annual revenue numbers that you will end up with.

Kudos to Marc Benioff for what he has envisioned, built, and grown.

Thank you for reading this, and God Bless Everyone.
